nThe brief
nThe MCG and Melbourne Cricket Club needed a visitor registration workflow that could connect to an external TDS API and make a complex operational process easier for hosts and visitors.
nWhat I worked on
nThe build used conditional logic and different GET/POST API requests to surface upcoming visits within date ranges, retrieve previous visitors, pre-populate information from earlier visitor logs and update data.
nGrouped visitors could also be imported from CSV and submitted to the API. Once registration was complete, the workflow generated a QR code that could be delivered by SMS or through a custom HTML email for entry to the MCG.
