LEARNING BLEND™

You bring the knowledge.
We’ll make the learning experience work.

Universities, training providers, industry bodies and internal learning teams usually do not need somebody to explain what an LMS is. They need somebody who can understand the learning objective, the platform constraints and the technical pieces around it.

That can mean building a learning platform from scratch, improving an established LearnDash setup, packaging and testing SCORM content, connecting systems or fixing the awkward 20% that an off-the-shelf LMS was never designed for.

Premium ingredients. Chosen for the job.

The tools are ingredients, not the recipe. We use what fits the problem and leave out what does not.

  • Learning strategy and experience architecture
  • LearnDash and WordPress
  • SCORM packages and LMS delivery
  • Course, lesson and resource structure
  • Learner access, roles and enrolment flows
  • Training and member portals
  • Reporting and completion workflows
  • LMS, CRM and external-system integrations
  • Responsive and accessible learning interfaces
  • Migration and improvement of existing learning platforms

What this flavour is good for.

  • Turning subject-matter expertise into a usable learning platform
  • Building a new LMS when the organisation knows what it needs to teach, not how to deliver it
  • Improving an established LMS without replacing everything
  • Working out whether the problem lives in SCORM, the LMS, WordPress or the surrounding experience
  • Creating training/resource portals for associations, education and organisations
  • Connecting learning activity to the systems that need the data

The process matters as much as the ingredients.

  1. 01

Start with learners, content, access, reporting and the outcome the organisation needs.

  2. 02

Separate the layers so we diagnose the actual constraint instead of blaming the whole LMS.

  3. 03

Choose the platform and content format around the learning model.

  4. 04

Build or adapt the surrounding experience, integrations and custom functionality.

  5. 05

Test enrolment, launch, completion, responsive behaviour and reporting end to end.

  6. 06

Support the platform as courses, users and requirements evolve.

ASK THE JUICER

The questions that matter before we start mixing.

We already have an LMS. Can you work inside what we’ve got?

Yes. An existing LMS may contain years of courses, learners, reporting rules and integrations. Replacing it because one part is frustrating can create a much larger problem than the one we started with.

We separate the layers: LMS platform, WordPress or surrounding website, LearnDash configuration, SCORM packages, enrolment/access, navigation, reporting and external integrations. Once we know where the friction actually lives, we can decide whether to configure, customise, integrate or replace.

The least disruptive solution that achieves the learning outcome is usually the place to start.

Our SCORM package works, but the experience around it doesn’t. Can you help?

Yes. SCORM is only one ingredient in the learning experience. A valid package can still sit inside a confusing course journey, poor navigation, awkward access flow or LMS template that makes good content feel difficult to use.

We test the package separately from the surrounding platform so we do not blame the wrong layer. Then we can look at launch behaviour, completion, navigation, responsive presentation, course structure and how the learner gets into and out of the content.

That distinction matters because rebuilding the SCORM package will not fix a problem caused by the LMS — and replacing the LMS will not fix a broken package.

Can you build a training portal from scratch?

Yes. You do not need to arrive knowing what an LMS architecture should look like. Start with who is learning, what they need to complete, how access should work, what the organisation needs to track and what content already exists.

From there we can work through platform choice, course/resource structure, LearnDash or other LMS functionality, SCORM, user roles, reporting, integrations and the surrounding website or portal experience.

The subject-matter expertise belongs with you. Our job is to turn it into a digital learning experience people can actually access, understand and manage.

The plugin does nearly everything we need. Can you customise the rest?

Often that is the ideal starting point. If a mature product already solves 80% of the requirement reliably, rebuilding that 80% from scratch just to own the code can be wasteful. We focus on the remaining gap and whether it can be extended cleanly.

That is the pattern behind work such as adapting established platforms to the real needs of an organisation: the plugin or third-party product provides the foundation, then custom thinking handles the workflow, presentation, integration or business rule it was never designed to know about.

We will also tell you when the final 20% is fighting the platform so hard that another approach is safer. Customisation should create leverage, not a maintenance trap.

Can you work with our agency or internal team?

Yes. Juicy has worked both directly with clients and alongside agencies, studios and internal teams. We can take ownership of a defined build, provide overflow development, solve a specialist integration problem, help with WordPress/eCommerce/LMS delivery or stay behind the scenes where white-label support is appropriate.

The useful part is flexibility. We can plug into an existing process without pretending the rest of the team does not exist, and we are comfortable working from somebody else’s design, strategy or platform when that is the brief.

Need an Extra Squeeze? is the engagement path for exactly this kind of support.

How do you think about ROI on a website or digital project?

We define the return around the reason for the project. For an online store that may be sales, conversion rate or average order value. For a lead-generation site it may be qualified enquiries. For an LMS it could be less administration, easier delivery or the ability to serve more learners. For an integration, saving staff hours every week may be the return.

That is why we ask what a win looks like before discussing a long feature list. There is little value in delivering every requested feature if none of them moves the underlying business problem.

Where measurement is possible, we want the foundations in place so the result can be reviewed after launch. Real client growth, efficiencies, failures and lessons are more useful than invented marketing numbers — and they help us improve the next recipe.
